Patty Hirsch is a transformational general manager, product and technology executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience scaling global media, digital, streaming, and publishing businesses. As an advisor on AI strategy and transformation, she is also helping companies move beyond experimentation to operationalize AI and integrate it into core business operations.
Previously, as EVP of Global Consumer Digital, Data & Platforms at Warner Bros. Discovery, Patty led digital strategy across 68 global brands and managed $1B+ in revenue spanning D2C, advertising, e-commerce, and content. She oversaw a global team of 1,000+ and built new, high-growth revenue models, including AI-driven initiatives that delivered material impact (reducing churn by 1–2% and generating $60M in cost savings). Her portfolio included entertainment, sports, and news brands such as CNN, Turner Sports, March Madness Live, HBO, Cartoon Network, DC Comics, Eurosport, and Magnolia.
As SVP, Digital & GM, Sports at Time Inc., she led digital transformation across 30+ premium media brands, including Time, Fortune, People, InStyle, and Sports Illustrated, managing $800M+ in digital revenue. She scaled e-commerce from $100K to $65M in three years and played a key role in the successful sale of Time Inc. to Meredith Corporation. At CBS Interactive, she oversaw streaming operations for 20,000+ live events annually, including March Madness and the Super Bowl, managing $55M+ in revenue while serving 125+ clients. Off-duty, she chairs the Communications & Admissions Committee for the Berkeley Carroll School Board of Trustees.
